Registration Overview: If you're not already logged into the website, Log In (top menu) or Sign In (below).
1. Click Register Myself or Register Someone Else button.
2. Choose one Registration Option.
3. ADD any Program items to your itinerary. 
   (Note: See additional program items by clicking double-headed arrows next to dates.)
4. Click Proceed to Checkout button at bottom of page to complete the registration process.
Registration Fees:
Registration includes educational sessions, handouts and meals. Each person attending must be registered and paid in full prior to the Conference. Optional activities on Wednesday (Golf, Trap Shoot, Educational Session, etc.) require an additional fee and payment in full prior to the event.

By completing this registration, I agree that PDI can use any photos taken of me at the conference on PDI social media pages, newsletter and website.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:
1. Written cancellations received on or before September 15, 2017 will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
2. No cancellations will be refunded after September 15, 2017.
